Privacy Policy

Apollo Alpha (“we”) runs ApolloAlpha. This explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash) or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google, and when you joined. Billing data: your plan, subscription status and payment history. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers. Usage requests: things you send us, such as symbol requests. Waitlist data: the email you gave to join the waitlist. Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser) kept briefly for security and to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

To create and run your account, provide the forecasts your plan includes, take payments and prevent fraud, send essential account emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts), answer you, and keep the service secure. We send marketing or announcement emails only to people who joined the waitlist or asked for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run ApolloAlpha, under contract: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting, plus cookie-free visit counts on our marketing site), Stripe (payments), Google (if you choose Google sign-in), Resend (the emails we send you), an email-forwarding service for messages to our support address, and Telegram (private team alerts about new sign-ups and plan changes, which can include an email address). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires.

Where it is stored

These providers may process data in other countries.

How long we keep it

Account data until you delete your account. After you delete your account we keep our payment records for accounting, without a login attached (Stripe also keeps its own payment records). Security logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

You can access your data (Account → Download my data), correct it, withdraw consent, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and delete your account (Account → Delete account). For anything else, email support@apolloalpha.app. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by plan and by role, and payment handling is by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a serious breach ever affects your data, we will tell the people affected and the relevant authority without delay.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember site access. If you use Google sign-in, Google may set its own cookie on that step. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
