Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time under Account → Manage billing & cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Subscribing is your own choice, made of your own free will, and you stay in control of it: you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We do not refund payments, including for the current week, month or year, or for unused time. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Live Trial

The Live Trial is a low-cost weekly plan so you can try the live forecasts. It renews weekly until you cancel; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Price changes and loyalty pricing

Your monthly price on Standard, Pro and Institutional steps down each month you stay, as shown at checkout. If you cancel, that run ends: resubscribing starts again from the plan’s starting price.
