Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms govern your use of ApolloAlpha, operated by Apollo Alpha (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. What ApolloAlpha is
ApolloAlpha publishes statistical forecasts of the price ranges that markets are likely to stay within each week. The forecasts are model output for information and research.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on ApolloAlpha is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a licensed financial adviser. Forecasts are probabilistic and will sometimes be wrong. Past performance, including every accuracy figure shown, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses.
ApolloAlpha is a quantitative market-analytics service. It does not assess any user’s financial circumstances, investment objectives or risk tolerance, does not generate personalised recommendations or instructions to buy, sell, hold, enter or exit any investment, and does not execute trades on behalf of users or connect to brokerage accounts. Forecasts and historical statistics are estimates subject to uncertainty, model and data limitations and changing market conditions, and historical testing does not guarantee future accuracy or profitable trading results. You are responsible for independently evaluating the information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person: sharing logins or reselling access is not allowed.
4. Plans and billing
Free (Rewind) is free. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance by Stripe: the Live Trial weekly, and Standard, Pro and Institutional monthly. The price shown is the total you pay: any applicable tax is included in it. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Loyalty pricing. On Standard, Pro and Institutional your monthly price falls 5% for each month you stay subscribed, down to a floor of 60% of your starting price. The price you will be charged is shown before you pay. If you cancel and later resubscribe, or upgrade to a higher plan, pricing restarts from the starting price of that plan. The waitlist price applies only to people who joined the waitlist before January 2027 and sign up with the same email; they keep it for as long as they stay subscribed, and if they cancel and resubscribe they start again at the waitlist starting price. Anyone else, including a returning subscriber who is not on the waitlist, pays the list price.
Cancelling. Cancel any time under Account → Manage billing & cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy.
Referral program. Anyone with an active Standard, Pro or Institutional subscription can share a personal referral link or code. A new customer who subscribes to Standard, Pro or Institutional using it gets 10% of one month’s price off their first payment. When that payment goes through, the person who referred them receives account credit of 10% of one month’s price on their own plan (10% of their monthly price), applied automatically to their next invoice. Credit from several referrals adds up, and if it is more than that invoice, the remainder carries over and is applied to your following invoices until it is used up. The Live Trial does not earn or qualify for referral rewards. Each new customer can be referred once, and you cannot refer yourself or another account you control. Referral credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, withdrawn or refunded, and ends if your subscription ends. We may refuse or reverse rewards that we reasonably believe result from abuse, and we may change or end the program at any time without affecting credit already applied to an invoice.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, our payment provider retries it for a limited period. If it still cannot be collected, your subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-download or republish our data, attempt to bypass plan limits or security, resell the service, or use it unlawfully. Historical data on your plan is for your own analysis. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
6. Our content
ApolloAlpha, its models, data and site are owned by Apollo Alpha. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service under your plan.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but provide it “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or of data accuracy. We may change features, tickers and prices; price changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
8. Liability
ApolloAlpha provides statistical model output for information only. We accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind, including any trading, investment or financial loss, lost profit, or direct, indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, ApolloAlpha, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and trades.
This applies to the fullest extent the law allows. If a court or regulator decides that any part of this exclusion cannot apply, our total liability to you is limited to the smallest amount the law permits, and in any case to the amount you paid us for the plan in the month the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (such as 2, 5, 6, 8) do.
